Does Autumn’s Chocolate Fountains provide the dipping items?
Most reception sites or caterers will prefer to provide the dipping items for you. Simply print the list of suggested dipping items and bring it to them. We will be more than happy to work with them directly on this once they have the list.

We are more than happy to provide the dipping items if requested and/or permitted by the reception location at a cost of $3.00/pp and up depending on items selected, please contact us for details.

How many pounds of chocolate will I need?
You can estimate about 10 lbs for each 100 chocolate-loving guests.

What do I need at the reception/event site?
We will need a steady, level table with access to a 110 volt electrical outlet. The table should be covered with fluffs (tablecloths) matching the rest of your tables. You will also need small plates and/or cocktail napkins – we will provide the skewers.

Will someone help my guests use the fountain?
Absolutely! All of our fountains packages are “Full Service” rentals which mean that you and your guests will enjoy the assistance of a professional chocolatier to enhance your fountain experience. Autumn’s Chocolate Fountains will also set-up and break-down the fountain.

Can a fountain be used outdoors?
No, unfortunately a fountain may not be used outside due to weather and uninvited guests (the buzzing kind).

How do I know what fountain I need?
Our 34” fountain is perfect for wedding receptions and larger events where you are expecting 75-450+ guests.

If you are planning a smaller party, or rehearsal dinner with up to 75 guests, our 27” fountain is the right choice. We will even come your house and set it up for you – wouldn’t your guests be surprised!
